Snow

So, it snowed 20 inches over the weekend . . .resulting in the above pictures . . . and NOW it is supposed to snow an ADDITIONAL 15 inches through tonight and tommorrow. The weekend snow BARELY started to melt. The children in the Four State Region are never going to complete their education, and no one is going to be able to earn any money because they can't get to work; there is no space to plow all this snow! Streets and parking lots can't get cleared because there are mountains of snow piled up everywhere already. Look again. This is from the WEEKEND!

And now it is piling up about TEN to FIFTEEN MORE INCHES.

During the weekend we went to Kathy and Kelly's because we figured if we were going to get snowed in, it might as well be with family. Well I had some things to do in Chambersburg today, and now we are snowed in again. I think Alexis believes we live half the time at our house and half the time at Nana and Pappi's now. This time I am not as well prepared.

I am not made for this. I am not a shoveler.

Wow Laura! That is amazing. It looks like fun for about an hour...but very difficult to live in those conditions. Stay warm and safe!!

Holy Moly! That is amazing!
No fun though...I seriously hated living in the snow in Idaho.

I'm glad you are warm and safe!!

I always wish for snow here, but it never happens. But I think I'm just wishing for "a little" snow!

I am not a shoveler either!!!! Holy Cow. We have no snow left. Snow is fun when you have no place to go. Hope you can leave your house someday soon.

I hate the snow, but not as much as I hate ice. I bet it was nice having some family time though.

Back in 93 I was in MD and we had 3 ft of snow... I remember the snow drifts getting up to 6 ft... we would dig tunnels until we got under the picnic tables and would hibernate there for a few hours. Our dog was also only about a foot and a half tall so we would see him out there jumping and vanishing into the snow whenever he wanted to travel anywhere.
I hope to come see you all soon! I miss you guys and Alexis is getting big too fast... you should keep the house super cold... I heard that makes things grow slower ;^).
