Okay, so I've been a slacker. Alexis is growing growing growing. She has discovered ice cream cones. We had to hide the cones because when we would open the cabinet door and she saw them, she would BEG for one. She also loves Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Kathy has a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup magnet--and Alexis was very upset when she asked for it, we gave it to her, and it turned out to just be a piece of plastic. Her favorite food is Pizza--Just like her Daddy! She had a 24 hour Stomach Flu the other day--I should have been suspicious when she wouldn't even eat the left over pizza, and when I offered her the Reese's she said, "cookie?!", was about to grab it, and then turned away.
Her new favorite show is Dora the Explorer. She also likes Diego.
She is learning her farm animals and the sounds they make. She also knows all her letters and the sounds they make. She forgets what "H" is CALLED sometimes, and she thinks "m" and "n" both make the "mmmmmmm" sound. I am still very proud of her.
She peed in the potty the other day--but I don't think she understood what she did. I think it was just by chance. She happend to be naked and to be sitting on the potty at the same time.
We all, especially Kathy, love to teach her to say big words like, "actually" and "amazing" and "hilarious." She doesn't know what they mean, but it is so fun to hear. She does say "awesome" now on her own.
Her hair has gotten so light from the sun. It looks professionally highlighted with different colors.
She has started punching Jared and me. Wonder where she learned that?? Maybe her Dad, Uncles, and their MMA fights they watch on TV? Jared says her form is better than mine.
She is extremely loving, a very fast runner, and extremely spoiled with attention from everybody. After two months of calling Jordon, "Jamie" she has FINALLY started calling him Jordon, and he likes it.

Your baby is too smart. when ever Lyla tries to say her letters she just says A E I. I want to potty train my Lyla but I know for a fact vacations and moves set them back so I guess she will be trained in Hawaii.
See, that was a great catch up. I wish I could hug my little girl, Cameron and Lyla as well. It's hard to be a Grandma with her grandkids all over. I sure am enjoying Rozi and Lewis though. We had a big sleepover last night with Max, Jack, and Ben sleeping over as well. Luke decided at the last minute he couldn't stay because he didn't have his favorite jamies. Oh well. Meri is doing better and so was eager to see her "babies" today. So Ryan picked them up and took them home. They've been staying with their Aunt Lisa. Keep blogging! Much love to all Smiths. Love, Mom
PS. Keep calling. That makes me happy too.
Well I guess she doesn't take after me. I walked at 2 & 1/2 years and talked at 5. Learned to read at 9 shoot a gun at 6 and fish at 4. Things were different then. Math was my subject. Even though Mari and Ryan call it Realtor math when we play cards. Oh and I learned early not to eat yellow snow.
Dora has been our friend for years. Luke still loves her, I wonder if he'll EVER think she isn't cool!
Miss you :(
I cannot tell you how much she reminds me of you. Just wait until she tells you that her opinion is the only one that counts. Then you are dust.
