Well, as said a couple of posts ago, we are in PA! It is really cold here--but it is warming up to a whopping high of 45 degrees! I swear, last week I couldn't even finish pumping gas it was so cold. Kathy found baby winter coats on sale at Kmart for 12 dollars and got Alexis one. I guess Kathy and Kelly wanted to buy one because I was getting Lexi ready to go out in the snow, and Kelly asked if she had a winter jacket. I said "yeah, I think it is a winter jacket." Well, when he saw it he said, "that is a fall jacket." Here are some snow pictures of Alexis; she wasn't a fan of the snow--just sat and cried when her hands touched that icy white stuff.
She also has discovered stairs. Kathy and Kelly don't really have stairs you can put a baby gate against, so Kelly (AKA MacGyver) built this clever contraption:
Genius.
Alexis loves chasing the dog (Jaquie) around, feeding her crackers on the sly, playing with her cousin Morgan (especially chase and peek-a-boo) carrying around plastic utensils, and dancing and singing to the wiggles. Below is a pic of her playing chase/peek-a-boo. The extra adult attention isn't hurting her adjustment either. She also claps and says "yay!" whenever she wants attention, or if she just wants to know that everything is okay.
Here are some pictures from New Years, packing, Lexi playing, and Kelly's birthday party. Note that the pictures with people eating cake was taken only minutes before our niece Morgan threw up all over the table. Kelly made us breakfast, skipped his nap, made his birthday cake and a pie all on his birthday. It think he may have had more indulgent birthdays--but I think he was okay.
Some of these pics you have already seen in this post, but oh well. Let me know if you think any of these pics are cute enough of Alexis to enter her in a contest for cutest babies.

Now that is a post! You could take Lexie's worst picture and she would still win the cutest baby award, she is that cute! Your in laws look great, send them our love, they are so lucky to have you around and watch Lexie grow.
