Not much is going on in life. Alexis had her check-up yesterday (we missed her 15 month check-up). She is doing great. She is in the 50th percentile in height and the 50-75th percentile in weight. She is where she needs to be developmentally, and had excellent hemoglobin (or however you spell the iron count thing). On the 29th she will be 18 months and ready for NURSERY!
She did not like the shots. When I had to take her clothes off, she wanted to walk around on the floor. I didn't want her to do it barefoot so I put socks back on her. She HATES socks . . . AND pants. She is extra cooperative these days when I change her diaper, because she knows I am going to take her pants off and that she can make a run for it. She never keeps her socks on for very long. So, when I tried to dress her again in the pediatrician's office, I was wondering if I was going to have to leave with a bottomless child. I did manage to get the pants on. She is SO ready for summer.
It is raining today so I am not sure the Easter Egg hunt we were supposed to go to will still happen. Jared and Matt did a practice run with the girls last week to prepare them for Easter Egg hunts (Morgan kicked behind last year). Anyway, that is what's up.

I just love that little girl! She is such a free spirit and is going to keep her parents on the edge of their seats for a long, long time. Sounds like the Smith fathers are doing their part toward good parenting, making sure their daughters will do well in that egg hunt. What competitors!
Now those are good dads, making sure their girls have a leg up on finding the eggs! And Lexie, I don't like to wear socks either!
